1. I need help for profession choosing in my warr

Im a "new" player of wow and i have some questions about the professions that i should choose for my warr, currently i have engineering and mining both around lvl 300 but i was reading a bit and its says that i need JC or BS instead of the ones that i have. ill create an alt for some professions to have also and boost my warrior, im thinking of enchanting and mining on the alt to change the mining of my main. What yall would do in my position? and if you can say what profession is better and why in the main or the alt would be awesome. (sry for bad english and asking too much)

  2. It depends on few things:
    a) PvE/PvP/Both?
    b) How much do you care about numbers?

Either way you benefit from raising your mining for the time being as engineering, JC, and BS all need ores/bars to level up.

  3. i will focus on pve and i care about numbers but the principal for me is having fun. out of that, it is better to have mininig on the alt or keeping it on the main beacause of the high level?

It's a QoL option to have mining while leveling engineering as you don't have to log back and forth for materials. It's just convenient and you don't have to level an alt and its mining to that point either. You got high level mining that's useful for you now, I don't see why you shouldn't keep it since you need it to level engineering anyway. Drop it once you're done leveling engineering to desired level, but put some spares on bank to be able to put gadgets on your gear upgrades.

Engy/JC/BS are all fine professions for any DPS class. Picking any of the two is a good choice. Engineering offers the most "fun" with frags, nitro boots and a parachute.

  5. thanks for the info, i think with the main im going to do engy jc, what do u think its the best for a alt?

  6. There's really no "alt" professions.

What I'd count as useful alt professions would be enchanting and JC. Why? Every character needs plenty of gems and enchants through their gearing progress.

For me professions fall into two categories: Meta and self-sustainability.
    Meta professions:
    Blacksmithing - Extra sockets.
    Engineering - Gadgets.
    Jewelcrafting - Dragon's Eye gems.

    Self-sustainability:
    Alchemy - Flasks and transmutes.
Blacksmithing - BoE recipes, keys, belt buckles.
    Enchanting - Enchants.
    Jewelcrafting - Gem cuts.
Leatherworking - BoE recipes, leg enchants.
Tailoring - Bags, BoE recipes, leg enchants.

Engineering and Inscription - AH is ripe for ammo and glyphs & vellums.
