How is it that with 20/20 expertise, i am still being parried and dodged in pvp? Is the cap different or something wrong with expertise?

that capis made against healers ;p nad its avaregare and suggestive only.

the expertise cap is so caster wont dodge you.
also so warrior wont dodge you, they will only parry etc.
agility class will still dodge you.
back in retail, there are many top players who stack expertise until 28 because the amount of rogue feral in arena.
