Cataclysm Resto shaman stats help

Can anyone help me with my stats I currently have
Spirit = 2791 around 3.2k mana regen in combat
Haste= 1250 rating or 9.14% with totem 15%
crit = 14.72
mastery = 13.40

are those stats ok? I want to start healing at FL and DS. SHould I drop a little spirit and put it in haste? crit? or mastery?

You are fine i think try to up haste to 11-12% and then full mastery but for FL its ok :cool:

I personally prefer to just have 916 haste (12,5% with the totem) for the 1 bonus earthliving tick.
The next breakpoint (2005 for 1 more Riptide tick) doesn't seem to be worth it.

Ok so ppl may say "get your haste up" and stuff like that... well just forget it! You dont have to care about 1 extra tick on earthaving wep and ur healing stream totem. You have tidal waves which procs from chain heal and riptide, this is enough to cast HW and GHW pritty fast!
You should be aiming for a heavy mastery build and at like 3k spirit (seems to be more then ok for me).
My healing improved drasticly since i switched to mastery (around 25k-40k-ish HPS in DS 25 and im never oom)

Spirit is useless once you have 375 ilvl and know how to use Telluric Currents. As for haste you want either 916 or 2005 once your gear is awesome. I'm right now at almost 1k spirit (as little as possible), 2005 haste and 2410 mastery so basically all my mana regen comes from Telluric Currents. Also having a ****ton intellect makes this idea work perfectly.

I forgot to add I try to get as many items with pure intel + haste + mastery (ele BiS neck from FL, belt from Morchok, relic, ring from Hagara and I hope offhand from trash soon) and reforge ALL my spirit into haste or mastery. Can easily solo heal DS 10 and do as much as 60k+ hps in DS 25 if I don't bring paladin healers.
