Looking for someone who knows Photoshop

Looking for someone who knows some about photoshop to help me out with an image I have. I do not have the photoshop file sadly and the creater of the picture I just can't get ahold of sadly. : / If anyone of you are able to remove "Forum Master" from this Image I'd be very happy. :) If you can't remove it, hide it in someway would work I guess :)
