Almost 85!

Almost 85 on my Arcane Mage, I was wondering if anyone can give me any tips on how to gear at 85? I played Cata retail, but it's been so long and this server does have bugs that'll probably hinder gearing up. I'm exalted with Hyjal, if that makes a difference

Easiest way as I see it is to level a profession and make your own...
Then farm rdfs or bgs

Easiest way is to buy all the vicious gear (blue ones(rare)) so u can get a decent item lvl then proceed to do some Firelands rep farms to grind rep to buy items from the avengers of hyjal vendor wich consist of a 378 ilvl cloak a 378 belt and if u are patient enough to get to revered to get 378 trinkets aswell, the rest of the vendor gear (rings, wich are 391 are only obtained at exalted rep wich u can only get by downing fireland bosses, thrash doesnt give rep past revered) at this point u should be above 360 ilvl, then proceed to do some RHOT dungeons and replace most of your vicious gear with RHOT items (epic), after u do that u are ready to do some raids like Firelands Baradin hold, and after that Dragon Soul.

If its his first lvl85 on server getting all the Vicious gear is not the cheapest thing to do.
