Your stats: 3kSP, 130Spe, 1300Resilience, 40Crit - under Soft-Cap!
Looks your gear is Relentles Set with Wrathful Neck, Back, Wrist, Ring and PVP trinket.
You need: 3.5kSP, 130Spe, 400 HasteR, 1400Resilience or even more.
Usually the Boomkins can push the highest burst dmg (more than ele shaman) but only during 20sec, while Starfall and Barkskin is up! After that they play defensive. The ele shamans are more unpredictible and can push random high bursts anytime. If to talk about pvp dps or dmg.
-Why my Lava and LB crits for only 4-6kdmg, while boomkins, palas and warriors hits for 8-12kdmg?
Simple: that is not possible without cheating hacks. True, they stacking more PVE items as a result - more dmg, but they can't hit for 12kdmg on a character with 1300 resilience. For example, I leveled a PVE retry paladin to 6.2kGS and with ICC buff (+30% to dmg) my highets crits vary between 9-14kdmg, rarely have like 17kdmg, but I'm able to push 19kDPS! Outside the ICC dmg is LOWER! I met specified guys during PVP and looks like they ignore all our Resilience ;) (They are just our server gladiators).

can crit with Heroic or Mortal strike for like 10k dmg while trinket and/or axe buff is up on a target without resilience. If your Resilience is over 1300 he rarely will crit for like 7000-8000 dmg (FAR AWAY from 12000!). Look at the calculations example below. The same is referred to any character class. Max PVP crits will vary between 6-8k dmg, based on character resilience. The DoT's ignore character resilience, but they rarely will crit for 3-4k dmg.
A bit of explanations!!!
Resilience Patch Changes
Patch 2.4.0 (2008-03-25): Now reduces the magnitude of mana draining effects by the same amount that it reduces critical strike damage. The Tooltip has been revised to reflect this.
Patch 3.2.0 (2009-08-04): No longer reduces the amount of damage done by damage-over-time spells, but instead reduces the amount of all damage done by players by the same proportion.
"all damage done" means "all damage done" doesnt matter if it crit or not crit effect is applying on top of it.
Patch 3.0.3 (2008-11-04): The damage reduction component of resilience has been increased from 2 times the critical strike chance reduction to 2.2 times the critical strike chance reduction. In addition, the maximum damage reduction to a critical strike from resilience has been increased from 30% to 33%.
Resilience has the following mechanics: All dmg is reduced by x% and crits dmg gets an ADDITIONAL dmg reduction of y%. So the total dmg reduction on crits dmg is: (1-(1-x%/100)*(1-y%/100))*100% = z%
So as you can see, crit hits get 2 dmg reduction from resilience.

dmgReducedByResili = 72,428419936373 / 100 * 3000

expected crit formula:
crit = (allCritMultiplier - resiliCritDmgReduction) / 100 * dmgReducedByResili
crit = (200 - 30.328738069989) / 100 * 2172.85259809119
crit = 170.671261930011 / 100 * 2172.85259809119
crit = 1.70671261930011 * 2172.85259809119
crit = 3708.4 dmg!!!
During PVE a dmg of 3000 should crit for 6000 dmg. Against a character with 1300 Resilience it will crit for only 3700 dmg!!! ItÔÇÖs just increased by 23%!!! In other words your PVP Direct Damage crits will be divide by 2!!!
For example: Lava Burst AVG dmg = 6000.
LavadmgReducedByResili = 4350.
LavaCritReducedByResili = 1.706*4350 = 7419.
Moreover, your chance to critically hit that target is decreased by critical chance reduction: 13.785790031813%.
This is the point why so many players left Unholy DK and other classes to play PVP with Shadow Priests, Locks and Retry Paladins after last fixes. Their damage is almost based on DoTs (ignoring Resilience mostly) and their playstyle, based on Molten input lags, lag spikes and latency looks like:
"DoT1 + Fear + 2 sec Latency + DoT2 + DoT3 + Silence + DoT4 (after 20 sec like 70% of your HP is burned while you are feared or silenced; it's BULL****!) + Stun + Potion/Wings/Chaos Bolt and other burst"
To face them you need more than 6 months of played time.
