Cataclysm Windfury ICD etc.

HI

I wonder what icd there is on wf in 4.3.4 and is it working properly here?
I also wonder if there is some addon that can track the icd of wf.
Just to clarify something i know that 2hs arent the better option of 2x 1h and 2h but im just trying it out for the lolz,
I was thinking of something lik a macro that switches to 2h before casting SS.
I would also like to know the best possible 2h for this as enhance shaman.

Windfury seems to always proc x3 when it does proc (assuming this is a bug), and it also feels as if it has no ICD, although I can't be certain.

2h could be used for BG's but nothing serious. If you do get a 2h, get whatever has the highest top damage on the scale, the higher item lvl and slower weapon, the better.

Just to clarify; I feel as if it procs more than it should. Perhaps not in regard to ICD, but more like it just procs 50% of the time, as opposed to the 20% chance it's suppose to have. This is just a guess though and might be totally wrong.

I guess the issue more than anything is no'kaled proccing way too much as it can proc off of WF, and enha mastery increases the damage done by the procs.

Long story short: roll enha, get no'kaled and pair up with a ret in 2s, and a ret/anything in 3s. :D:D
