[A]Any pve oriented guilds?

I just wanted to ask you guys if there are any Alliance pve oriented guilds, not 100% pve, but guilds that have people doing dungeons and these kinds of stuff. I recently quit my old guild because you couldn't complete a dungeon with them. I would love to know if there are friendly guilds that recruit fresh wow players and help them get the needed experience for a raid, because let's be serious here, no man was born ready for war. So if you guys know any guilds that i can apply it would be great. Good luck and have fun!
