WotLK Problem With Mind Flay While In ShadowFrom

Hey everyone,
Recently i hit 40 lvl and as Shadow Priest i tried the Shadowform,
Every spell worked fine! SW:P,Devrouing plague and Mind blast doing more dmg... Woohooo!!
But the problem is with the Mind Flay, When i'm in Shadowform i do less Dmg, i thought it was my imagination or i did something wrong like hitting stronger mob so i tested with the same bot while and not in Shadowform.

The results was the same, while in shadowform my Mind Flay do less dmg.

Normaly the Shadowfrom boost your Shadow Damage by 15%.
So my Mind Flay without Shadowform does 67-77~ dmg and while in Shadowform does 55-63~ dmg.
And here comes the maths:
67-15% = 57.

Looks like that while in shadowform when all my shadow damage do 15% more damage, my Mind Flay do 15% less dmg.
I asked from some Shadow Priests to test it and works fine for them,

Well... i'm only level 40 and i play for first time Shadow Priest, so i had like to know if it's a Bug or if i will get a talent that will change my damage later.

Happens, I went to HC dung with lower lvl skills on sh priest :D
In fact the skills should be auto replaced with higher rank skill in action bar as it always did, for some reason it doesn't do that here which is annoying.
