403 PvP cloaks cost on Custom Vendors

The Cataclysm cloak back piece cost 300 more conquest points on the custom vendor than the original cataclysm vendor. I feel like it should be fixed since some people don't notice that and waste 300 conquest points. Also it would be nice if we can refund 397 pve pieces once bought, because I know some people that mis clicked on the wrong items rather than the ones they wanted and get stuck with them.
