pvp/arena on the server?

hello, i am just wondering how active is the pvp and more importantly arenas on the more populated PvE focused realms?
what is max rate, average wait time, are titles still given out, is there any way to find the ladder(2v2, 3v3)?

Max rate i saw last season was 2.5k in 2v2. Don't recall anyone at 2k in 3v3, but without armory, its tough to say who gained how much rating.

Average wait time for arenas: Depends on day and mmr. Me and my partner tried to do 10 games on Thursday night, and got 3 matches in 2 hours. However, on Sundays, when everyone is getting their games, its usually instant. Of course, high mmr (1900+) is slower, but last season, we managed to get many games with 5 minute queues too (usually also on Sundays).

Titles are still being given out, yes. The titles were only cancelled on the MoP realms last season, due to many game breaking bugs that ruined the ladders.

Not sure what you mean by last question. If you mean: is there a way to check ladders, then currently no. However, armory would be next on Edifice's check list, with the new bugtracker having been launched, and is expected to return by the end of this season, so the answer to your question would be soon (tm).
