I have all 20 shamans at 80, now , how do I gear up in PVP/honor, do you join bg's with just 5? like AV? do you level one by one. Faster Q's. Any daily's ?
How you ended up gearing up all 5+ chars in BGs/and getting honor gear.

Not going to happen if it's Lordareon. I'd say do 5 at a time Battleground farm.

En-masse gains (for gearing up x20 ppl at a time)
- Wintergrasp, honor points into Relentless pieces and other spare pieces
- Battleground, honor points, Relentless and Wrathful non-set pieces
- Northrend reputation, gives ability to purchase some epics and blues that are better than fresh 80 gear + achievement points
- ICC/Storm peak storyline quests, gives ability to get a few pieces of blues that are better than fresh 80 gear + lots of gold + achievement points
- Secondary professions, gives around 300 achievement points if you hit Grand Master cooking, first aid, fishing -> achievement points
- Exploration, gives achievement points maybe 250 if you explore whole of Northrend + Outland
- Website points, get 1k + achievement points on your accounts and start accruing Warmane points, every month or so you get a significant upgrade on 1 piece
Partial en-masse: (for gearing groups of people up at a time)
- RDF, roll 1 tank character and queue these dailies for badges
- Dungeon farm, run 4 separate 5m teams into dungeons
- Profession gear sets, craft basic gear that better than fresh 80 gear
Individual gains: (for gearing up characters individually)
- RDF, dropped epic gear
- Dungeon farm, dropped epic gear
- Donate for coins, shop epic gear

Then you have 2 valid routes.
1. Queue to random BG with your 20 characters with your addon, as soon as you get 10+ to pop at the same time, join the Bg with them and fight alone vs the enemy team, you might lose, but who cares, you are taking most of the BG spots anyway so its not ruining anyone elses day. (Or you get lucky and it's AV by random and you can just do your thing.) If you feel like you have no chance (this is usually how it is, if you are naked) you can also just run a losing premade of your own, join random BG with all you chars and when you get majority of the BG filled with your characters, afk at start.
2. Queue to random BG with your 20 characters and as soon as 3-5 pops, join with those 3-5 characters. you wont get that many characters inside the BG, but your chances of winning might be better with less bad geared chacaters on your side.
