WotLK Horde Succubus Quest start - not found with lvl 30?

Hello all,

i play an undead Warlock, currently lvl 32. I still haven't found the start quest for the succubus. From what i found on google there should be a quest with lvl 20 from Godrick in Undercity. However he doesn't have the quest for me. is this bugged or am i missing something?
