One can not recover via link now.
Can one still recover via ticket?
as far as I know, Kaer said 5 months recovery period after FEB 1
Now that 5 months is over, is there any official information on this?
I do not request extend this period, just want to understand the situation.

You should still be able to recover via a ticket (select "account recovery") though I imagine it's discretionary at this point.
