70 rated arenas

I'm not sure who to ask so i'm just going to make a thread and hope that someone knows what's up.

Me and my "guildies" recently started to do lvl 70 rated arenas and I noticed that we couldn't get any arena achievements because it must be "lvl 80 arena". When I played retail (not sure if cata or wrath) you could get these achievements from 70 rated arenas.

So is this a "bug" or are we not intended to being able to get these achievements? Is it possible to change that so we can get these achievements and possibly fight for the "Gladiator" title?

There is no and will not be any rated lvl 70 arenas on warmane / deathwing.

The achievements clearly say "at level 80".

They work at 70; it's possible to get rating and arena points. They've worked for a while pre-wipe as well. Nobody does them though.

EDIT: They've worked for almost a year now.
