Pandaria Powerleveling is Prohibited or Punished?

( Frostwolf - MoP ). Simply that question. Is Powerleveling prohibited or punished? I'm talking about PLeveling in Uldum in this case ( i dont know other ways ppl do this). If so, i'd like to report some ppl . Thanks :D

power leveling by taking a toon to a level appropriate dungeon and boosting it is legit. power leveling by taking a toon to a zone much higher than it's level and boosting it by using a bug is bannable.

I've read the same as Skuddy on these forums over the years. As long as the lowest toon you're lvling is in a reasonable zone/dungeon (with a high lvl player), then there is no problem. If the lowest toon is in a zone/dungeon considered too high lvled, then you get a ban (if all of the npcs you are fighting are more than 10 lvls above the lowest, if I remember correctly).
