Donation Rank

So if your donation rank is Exalted you then have +10% to each donation you make is that right?

For example if donate for the $100 one that gives 118 coins, shouldn't you get like 11-12 more coins if you have Exalted donation rank?
I'm asking because I thought it would mean you'd get more coins but when I go to donate it's the same with all accounts.

You should get those extra coins when donating. They probably aren't shown on donate page.
