Frostwolf situation

Hi, i don't want to go against any rules, but it is possible to know something about the Frostwolf massive lags spikes? It's starting to be really frustrating to play with lag spikes every 10 20 30 seconds. I'm just asking to let us know where you're with the problem and not the simple and fast "we're working on it" pls D:
