random disconnects :(

Hey everybody, I'm looking for help! I got randomly disconnected in game many times, as if someone is trying to log in my account from other computer (I can login back instantly); password change didn't help... I've played on other servers and never had same problem before (If there were disconnects - they were common and ppl usually could login back some time later). What could be the reason of this ? May be some addon conflict or configuration problem? Please help ;)

Most time disconnected while in Dungeon Finder group.

I have also had random dc's 2 today in fact. Both while in a bg. But server was down too both times.
