Server Restart During DS25

This realm restarted a few mins ago, while an entire raid was running DS25 - we just killed Ultrax, and as soon as loot was distributed the realm just went offline. Now that the realm is back online all of our loot is gone and Ultrax is still dead. I made an in-game ticket but there are never any GM's on Neltharion so here i am, on the forums, asking for our valuable loot to be reimbursed.

Loot cannot be given back when it is lost like that, unfortunately. You're out of luck.

Then could you respawn Ultrax? Or fix your servers? That is so infuriating to win something you really needed, have been grinding for weeks, then to be told "you're out of luck" because you're too lazy to go through the logs and reward your loyal player base with what was unfairly removed from them.

And to add to it all; NO ACHIEVEMENT. I have a screenshot showing me kill Ultrax and being second top DPS. Can the achievement be rewarded if I provide the screenshot as proof? Please?

You don't understand just how hard it is to find groups/pugs that'll take someone without the achievement, and those that do who actually down Ultrax!

If youre on horde side try to join Ascendants. theyre 8/8hc on 10 and 25 and they do raids all the time. They'll take u without the achieve

Alliance unfortunately :( Though we did just down Warmaster, so i got that added onto the Achievement list.. but no Ultrax. Sad times man. Sad times. But thank you for the suggestion, i really appreciate you trying to help out :)

Ohhh, sucks bro. I always think about some horror story like this every time the servers stop but the realm keeps going for like 5 minutes. How aweful if you, say, downed the LK on ICC 25 hc and then get pushed from the server only to find out the server crashed right before or shortly after you pulled the LK....guess it does happen :/
