Transmog (Robe to Vest)

I know it's possible to transmog a robe type of chest armor to a vest type (both cloth) and not common. But i've tried alot of times, with many diferent vests and yet nothing all of them with the same problem, when i click the "APPLY" button e does nothing and all the other transmog parts work fine exept this one.

It's been assigned atleast, maybe a fix will come soon... :/

Thanks, it's just because robes are ugly as hell..
