I made a ticket about a dagger I've bought with the point system with the intention to dual wield it. The shop did not state that the item is unique, but ingame it does show to be unique. The ticket got closed because "I confirmed the purchase, so no support is given". Which I absolutely agree with, IF the point shop showed the correct tooltip. Because the shop does not say it is unique, I have bought 2 daggers. But I can only use one :(
Can you guys give this ticket a 2nd view?

I've bought 2 Fang of Oblivion for my rogue Taurenshaman on the realm Ragnaros. The website item store did not state that the item is unique, but now I want to equip it and the item is unique-equipped. Could I get a refund for the item?

Jun 21, 2015 Unfortunately, the Point system is not supported.
Once a purchase has been confirmed & processed, it's final & cannot be refunded, exchanged, transferred or converted.
There is no support for these, tickets will be automatically deleted if pertaining to one of these.
We never gave support to point markerplace, and we have no plans to give support to it. It is not up to discussion either, and there will be no exceptions to the system.
