Login to Character and Hang

I got DC'ed while leveling a new alt and since then I can't login on him but as an extra when i log to any of my other characters the moment the game loads and I see the world the game hangs everybody is unknown and I'm disconnected but in game. Also to note I haven't fully downloaded the game -86% ingame download. This happened yesterday and after an hour of trying I gave up only to find out later in the day that It kinda fixed itself so I played maybe 3 hours but without even trying to log to the bugged alt and after that I went to sleed, now imagine my surprise in the morning when same **** happens and I can't log to the game for 2 hours now....... Tried everything you can imagine and the game still hangs. Any wisdom on the matter would be appreciated. Also to note that this happens to me a second time since the merge to Warmane, never happened when it was only Molten.

Did u tried to delete WTF/cache folder? Delete em and empty your recycle bin. Should work :)
