Chat Glitch In Deathwing

Sometimes when I log on My chat is glitched and I can't see anything I say or anyone else says. Please someone let me know what I can do to fix this. It's effecting how I can play the game and it's extremely irritating.

Delete cache folder. Should work fine

The cache folder keeps showing back up each time I restart the game and it didn't work. This is destroying playability for me and it's really startinng to make me angry cause nobody knows whats wrong

I'm having this exact same problem, and I don't know how to fix it either. I'm playing on Neltharion and I've tried deleting the Cache folder, it did nothing. No idea what to do from here. :/

Also, what's weird was when I posted my problem about 10 hours ago, I couldn't get any local chats to come up. Now, I can only type /1 to get LFG, but nothing shows up in the box still. Anyone know what's causing this?
