    Best tank warrior items to get for VP?

    What are the most useful items I can get (hardest to obtain in-game or closest to BiS) for vote points?

    Get weapon and shield. (you need those decent, if you can buy boe shield for gold its good enough; I would also recommend you going for slow dps weapon instead of tanking one)
    Wrists were hard to obtain.
    Only trinket worth votepoints drops from toc5 and can be easily farmed, for second you can take EoT one.

    Other than that change whatever item is worst on you.
