The priority statistics Dk frost 2H in pvp are: Strength> crit > mastery > haste?

Same in Unholy?

Frost: 5% Hit + 20 Expertise > 200 Spell Pen > Resil > Strength = Mastery > Haste > Crit
Unholy: 5% Hit > 200 Spell Pen > Strength > Haste > Mastery = Crit > Expertise


MOP:

Frost DW: 3% Hit + 6% Expertise > Strength = Mastery > Haste > Crit
Frost 2H: 3% Hit + 6% Expertise > Strength > Mastery = Crit > Haste
Unholy: 3% Hit + 3% Expertise > Strength > Mastery = Crit > Haste

I hate necroing threads but I have to say that Haste > Crit. You should reforge all your Crit into smth actualy useful for frost.

Wrong on two fronts.

You mis-read the stat priority there, you do understand = mean either/or for the sake of they have similar weight values. Normally its down to personally preference.

Also Haste is the last stat you should be taking as Frost, especially in Grievous gear. back in Tyrannical it was beneficial however this was before patch 5.4 where the way Haste worked with PPM and Passives/Talents were changed.

Mastery = Crit > Haste.


Now if you dont mind, stop giving out incorrect information with nothing to backup your "advice".

2H Frost spell priority was Hit > Str > Mastery > Crit > Haste, or as anyone that's any good as DK would say, reroll Unholy.
