    Where are all my chars

    I have not been online for 3 months due to tech difficultys and now I'm back online all my chars are gone, these were not just **** chars I put alot of time and effort into them including gear please fix this. Because I refuse to build them from scratch for a third time

    Open an account recovery ticket from your account panel and include the wiped account details.
