Can I get my account back?

So, it's been a while since I played molten and i decided to come back, the problem is I can't remember the password of one of my accounts, i tried everything and above all that I don't remember on which Email the account was registered either.
Can Warmane get my account back if I can prove that the account is mine and that I'm the real owner?(I got donation ID's that can show I'm the one who donated on that account)
