So since Warmane is reworking the point system I was just curious about something, it was said that since that the Wotlk instances can be ported to CATA, so my question is , could it be possible to obtain all the items we previously had to buy with points in game now , the old fashioned way ? (grinding)

When old dungeons are available into any expansion, you will be able to loot whatever belongs to them and its bosses.
