Legendaries on Cataclysm

Dear Warmane, will you ever make legendary daggers and staff obtaintable thorugh questline ingame or coins ? I know i know PvP would be unbalanced, but could just Ban it from arenas or even BGs. These are essential items of rogues/casters for dpsing, its such a pain to play without it.
