    GMs rarely read this section of the forums, it's meant for player to player support. You should try using the unstuck feature of the website.

    1, If you dead and can not release
    use /Run RepopMe()

    2, If that is not working
    use the stuck feature in store(free->unstuck)

    3,if that still not working , file a support ticket in-game.

    4,if that still not working , make a support ticket on website under the " support page"
