As far i know warmane doing their best to follow retail policy/rules, but some rules gets excluded like blocking mail boxes npcs or other griefing.
there is people which only reason to be online is to block email, i saw some for month doing just that, in retail such people got even banned.

Statement from retail when you get banned:

-Disruption of player sponsored events or gatherings
-Excessive use of in-game sounds or visuals
-Excessively casting spells with noticeable effects in crowded areas
-Impeding or blocking access to an NPC, doodad, doorway, or any other area of the world that a player would normally be able to access
