When I start playing, the images are very slow like it have low fps, I realize that it's not my internet.

Yes...this happened to me.
Instal the latest drivers for your graphic card and you will be fine.
Whats happened is that Windows 10 Graphic Drivers that come with it are for your intergrated graphics chip on the board, designed enough to give you a display to set up your PC with what needs to be done.
You will need to download and install the drivers required from your card manufacturer. (*However... The new AMD drivers are so bad and keep BSODing people, I have provided a link to the BETA drivers from June 24th, which are stable and cause no issues)
