Medallion on faction change

Hey, I just wanted to see if someone can confirm that Medallion of the Horde/Medallion of the Alliance convert to their faction specific counterpart upon faction changing, thx in advance!

The medallions DO convert to the other side just fine. The only thing you need to remember is if you have your medallion as a hot-button on the action bars you need to re-put it on the action bar after the faction change. Meaning, if you faction change and then click on your previously linked trinket it wont work because you do not have the trinket you linked previously. Simply re-link your trinket on your spell bar and you are golden.
