So In mist of pandaria alliance is more pvp based or more pve based
What is more pve based and what is more pvp based horde or alliance.

generally speaking, since Wotlk ( so even MoP), Alliance = more pvper and Horde = more pver.
Reason? racial, alliance racial are more useful and in pvp and vicecersa
