Transmog Problems

So i have bought my transmog for female mage (helm,chest,legs,shoulders) i dont remember names
So when i reforge my gear its all good till i log out
Then reforge is gone except sometimes 1-2 pieces are left but still only for next log out.

Anyone can help with this problem ?

after u transmog an item , take it of , put it in backpack then equip it back , and it should stay
