    Purchasing lvl 90 honor pvp gear

    Do I have to reach level 90 before I am able to purchase the gear with my honor points?

    No, you only have to be level 85. You can get a warlock to summon you to the vendor, or you can take the serpent's spine stairs up from Kun Lai Summit (South western point)
