so, i was in holydays, when i received a gmail on my cellphone saying my account email was changed, i rapidly realized there was a breach on my account security, once i got close to a Computer i manage to gather information and create a ticket, that ticket was created almost 2 days ago, i still got no answer yet... is anyone reading tickets? i made that ticket 1 hour after my account was stolen...

Tickets with such things have lower priority than "normal" tickets as account security is users concern.
