Im planning to play holy paladin but i read that the spec sucks when leveling up. But i need heal gear when when i hit level 60, 70, 80 to do dungeons and raids :( . Please help.

Simple - don't level as Holy. Go Prot or Retri.

Leveling as a prot is probably easiest and then later on when you reach your destination, whatever it may be. Then just change to holy and equip any holy gear that you saved in your bags.
Just dont go with your initial plan of equipping holy gear but play as prot, thats just wrong :D

What to roll if I dont have much TIME to play:
-Prot warrior- no tanking expirience but I wanna play it. In pvp, I wanna play prot also.
-Rogue- my first love, there shouldnt be too many of them and if they fix bugs he should have top 3 dps. But I suck with him in pvp.

Since its your first char you will most likely go mining/bs, so if you go that path, in the northrend area you will get to make a lot of plate gear for tanking, healing and dps, so just lvl as retri or prot (recommend prot, but retri is faster until prot gets sanctuary buff, but you get into dungeons easier i'd say), and worry about healing later on.
obviously once u reach northrend gear start collecting bits and pieces of healer gear that other ppl dont want instead of D/E'ing everything.
IF you dont go BS route, then be very picky on the parts u get in dungeons and keep in mind what u have/need later on, since this will be the only way you will get gear, that and auction house/other blacksmiths, but that means gold, and that means time (depends on the coin shop, but I doubt they would ruin it by allowing something like easy gold in it).

Well if I look passion, then I will choose warrior instead :/ Prot or fury for pve... I will decide later.

If you don't play what you like you will end up getting bored of the class you chose and you will leave the game eventually,happened to me,trust me no matter how hard the class is,or how hard other people makes it sound,its not true,if you are dedicated to what you like,you will get where you want,i've been there,have fun
