Stuck on Connection, HELPPP

Hey, me and my friens leveled up some chars.

Yesterday we could play without any problem, today he tryed to log and hes stuck on " Connecting ", i can log myself, so i though he was ban so i logged to hes account, it worked perfectly.

We play on Frostwolf, we could lvl up to 70 then he crashed and when he tryed to relog it was stuck on " Connecting" in start Screen when he enter password etc, thanks.

He tryed on others private servers ( Pandawow, pandashan ) same problem, he restarted hes modem, finally he could log in both but still not warmane, do any of you know what is the problem ? He made another account and same problem, so it doesnt come from hes account but from hes pc or something, anyone have this problem or anything ? Please help.
