Why are the Horde so bad at PVP?

Nearly every BG I enter the Horde gets steamrolled by the Alliance like it's nothing. It is like this on every single realm in Warmane, regardless of what expansion is played.

Seriously considering faction changing to the Alliance because of this.

You might just have gotten unlucky, and been matched against a premade. 5 BiS geared people playing objective=massacre.
