[Xmog] Is this dagger bugged too ?

Hi, I tried to transmog the emerald dragonfang from the point shop... But guess what ? It has a red color ... Like the dragonfang blade, so its bugged and I dont think molten staff will fix it soon...

So I wanted to know if someone here can tell me if this dagger http://www.wowhead.com/item=27463/terror-flame-dagger is Red or Green in game :)
