    I donated and never received coins!!!!!!!!

    I have proof and screenshots of the entire process. It says it takes up to 30 mins and its been 2 hours!!!!! My ticket is being ignored by the gms i want help now!

    Depending on the option you used, it can take up to 5 days.

    Consider the "up to 30 minutes" as starting after we get confirmation from Paysafewall.
    That's the only time frame we can be responsible for. The time Paysafewall takes to process your donation and do all steps of their fraud checking is something outside our reach, not something for which we can be blamed.
