It would take Smyth (the person who handles Support tickets) to answer that, but I'd believe it might have a lower priority than people with issues accessing or recovering their accounts and the like. They, after all, are unable to play in that kind of situation, while you just can't use the Marketplace temporarily but can play normally otherwise.
