Arena cases : we want some official information

So I heard earlier today that you can get all the mogs with the new cases like 2350 mogs and even legendaries.
I hope this is false because you promised with your new transmog system that there will still be transmog that requires rating and here it ruins everything.
Please tell us how it really works (drop rate, is it the same for all brackets, ...)

I THINK IT IS TIME TO ORGANISE YOUR JOB, MAKE OFFICIAL FORUM POST WHEN YOU IMPLEMENT NEW FEATURES, WHEN YOU IMPLEMENT SOMETHING DO IT COMPLETELY (arena mounts, tabard, ...), COMMUNICATE WITH THE PLAYERS

^ Yeah, making transmogs obtained via cases usable regardless of rating (and moreover tradeable) was a big mistake and it should be reverted asap. It's been just a few days from release and there are already 10 pages of cases at trader's, with price starting at 3k honor... This way in several weeks/months literally everyone will have even most difficultly obtainable transmogs, and that is absolutely contrary to AT's philosophy (I guess it's still realm focusing on skill rather than mindless farming at 1500).
