What race has a very safe lvl 1-20 starting point? Most races starting quests have bugs(gnomes).

Is it possible to change my realmlist from warmane to another?

You didnt tell what side you want to play (Alliance, Horde). Never the less all startareas are almost bugfree and so are almost all areas in the game. Given the x7 experience factor you have to choose what quests to do anyway because if you would do all in an area you end out with to high level for the area befor you had done half the quests. So learn to choose.

There is no other realmlist target. Stick to warmane.
