hei,i played on this server alot from 2012-2014,i`ve stopped and now when i came back my characters are gone...i played alot on them and i heard that it.s no way to recover them... at least some refunds or something,i dont want to waste 2 years of playing..

you had roughly 8 months to recover your account and some points/coins. it's now no longer possible.

Just sue Warmane. You can find their registered trademark in the US trademark registry:

that fact that any money you put into warmane is considered a donation is gonna make it kinda hard to sue them, but gl with that.
