1. If the coins aren't being reset today, I would like a refund of my coins I used.

I purchased Glorenzelg for a new character I made today because I saw that the coins / points were being reset today?

If they're not (and it says I still have the 3 coins I haven't used yet in my account), is it possible for me to get those coins refunded, and return the weapon?

I'd rather wait and buy the item at a later date, on a different character.

I used the coins because I thought that I was going to lose them :( I really don't want that item on the new character, but I thought it would be better to use them on him instead of lose them all together.

I haven't opened the mail or the item on that character (Thibor, Undead warrior on Deathwing), and I wanted to actually use it on a Death Knight later on down the road...that's what I really wanted to do.... :(, but I was worried I'd lose my coins :(

Can anyone (a GM / Warmane staff) please look into this for me, or at least respond here in this thread asap, or in-game?

    Thanks in advance.

  2. You have to make a support ticket on website and select item misbuy.

  3. There are two separate things: the point reset, which will be global, and not even once had any mention of coins in there; and the refunds reset, which affects people individually, once, based on the date they recovered their accounts, and resets both coins and points to the state they were back n December. Make sure you're looking at the right thing.

  4. They said points not coins, learn to read
