Pandaren Factions/DK should have unstuck features via website as they did before

Anyone, even a DK in an instanced starter zone shave unstuck, but as of now, well for sometime now, Pandaren starters cannot unstuck due to being factionless.
This causes a problem for some because they, mainly warrior classes or boosted 90 rogues, have a tendency to fall through the ground if they somehow attacked a mob in an odd fashion, causing them to fall through the ground.

What this causes is the player will fall endlessly to their deaths, even upon death, their body still continues to fall. Relogging, mind you only alt+f4 to close the game, for exiting normally is impossible, will lead to instant death and continuous falling.
I am not sure if this was address before, but it is a problem for some players, mainly new people who spent an hour or so on a toon and find out they cannot unstuck them due to a silly mistake on their part; forced to endure the zone once again.

Before Pandarens had this option, I think, for the sake of other newcomers using this race, should have website unstuck as they did before.
This is just a suggestion, however, in the longrun, well from hat I've seen in past few days, Pandas be falling down a bottomless pit.
