Lost account

I had an old account here , on molten , now i can`t log in on that account , maybe i forgot the password, but if i try to recover it it says the data entered is not valid , but if i try to create an account with same name , it says that the account name is taken , so i guess the account is not deleted yet , is there a way i can get it back , it was pretty old , i would be very grateful .

Open a ticket and choose Account Recovery. Provide all the info you can (except password). Username, original IP and email used to create the account. Then wait response.

I can`t choose Account Recovery , only Ban Appeal

So , will you help me , i tried to do it as a ban appeal , but it says "Your selected ban is not valid"
